As the day begins, ‚Hotel Haus Lipmann’ ist the exclusive domain of the hotel guests. In the Knights’ Hall one will find a breakfast buffet which has the ambition to be responsive to (almost) every wish.
Whether on the the garden terrace with its Mediterranean flair or in the historical restaurant with its cosiness and charm – you decide where you wish to enjoy your breakfast.

At 10:30 our doors open to the public. Our terrace overlooking the Moselle is just as popular with vacationers as with the regular guests from the area.
Our kitchen has the claim to serve simple meals, tasty and well prepared. The raw vegetables on our popular salads… the home-baked farmhouse bread… the fried potatoes... the home-made soups… If you are looking for fancy creations from the chichi cuisine – you will not find it with us.

Whether for just a glass of local wine, coffee and home-baked cake or for a full meal – every guest gets the same attention.
